What is an Introvert?

It is hard to talk about a certain topic without knowing anything about it. For my first blog post I wanted to share a video. This is a TED Talk done by a women named Susan Cain. Susan Cain is the author of Quiet, a book which talks about introverts and how they are living in an world catered to extroverts. 

This blog is aimed at looking at the differences between introverts and extroverts and how these differences impact individuals working in a business setting.
